Welcome to CW Design Studio.   By purchasing from or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions 

1. Overview of Services

CW Design Studio provides:

• Custom Memory Books
• Heirloom and Themed Portrait Artwork
• Mindful Children’s Books
• Printed keepsake products fulfilled through third-party print providers

All products are custom-designed or printed upon order.

2. Custom Orders & Client Submissions

For portrait and memory book services:

• Clients must submit high-quality images.
• By submitting photos, you confirm you own the rights to use them.
• CW Design Studio is not responsible for poor print results caused by low-resolution or damaged images.

We reserve the right to decline projects that include inappropriate, unlawful, or copyrighted material without proper permission.

3. Design Process & Revisions

Signature Memory Books include:

• One full custom layout design
• Up to two (2) revision rounds

Signature Portrait Services include:

• One finalized portrait design
• Up to two (2) revision rounds

Additional revisions beyond two rounds may incur additional fees.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD.
• Full payment is required before design work begins.
• Custom orders are non-refundable once the design process has started.

5. Print & Fulfillment

Printed products are fulfilled through trusted third-party print providers.

• Production and shipping times may vary.
• CW Design Studio is not responsible for carrier delays once items are shipped.
• Minor color variations may occur due to monitor and print differences.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Custom items are non-returnable.
• If a product arrives damaged or defective due to printing errors, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Verified defects may qualify for a replacement or exchange.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, artwork, and written content created by CW Design Studio remain the intellectual property of CW Design Studio.

Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute designs without written permission.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our content for unlawful purposes
• Copy or redistribute website materials
• Interfere with website functionality

9. Limitation of Liability

CW Design Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of our products or services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
