Shipping Policy
At CW Design Studio, each product is custom-created and made to order. Because of this, production time is required before shipping.
Processing Time
Portraits and Memory Books:
• Design time varies depending on revisions and approval.
• Production begins after final proof approval.
• Once approved, printing typically requires 5–10 business days.
Children’s Books & Blankets:
• Print production typically requires 3–7 business days before shipment.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier.
Some orders may arrive within:
• 3–7 business days after production (U.S.)
Most will take at least 10-12 business days
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Delays
Please note that once your order has been shipped, delivery times are dependent on the carrier. CW Design Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can assist with a replacement.
