Refund Policy

At CW Design Studio, each product is custom-created and made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our books, portraits, and keepsakes, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect information submitted at checkout.

If your item arrives damaged or contains a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun.

Portraits – Revision Policy

All portrait commissions include two complimentary revision rounds to ensure your artwork feels just right.

Revisions may include small adjustments such as color balance, minor detail refinements, or subtle corrections. Major changes (such as pose changes or entirely new compositions) may require an additional fee.

Final approval is required before printing. Once approved and sent to production, the portrait cannot be altered.

Memory Book Proof Approval

Before your Signature Memory Book is printed, you will receive a digital proof for review and approval.

You may request up to two revision rounds for layout adjustments, text edits, or photo placement refinements.

Production begins only after final written approval. Once approved and sent to print, changes cannot be made.
